Our Operations are based in the city of Noida, a suburb of New Delhi India. The Indian corporation Vcare Call Centers India (p) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Corporation.

Operations in India are housed in a modern, climate-controlled building located in Noida, a suburb of New Delhi, the capital of India. The center utilizes a 100% IP based network and CISCO technology platform. Electrical power and Internet connectivity are redundant.

Call Centers India is a CISCO funded company. Our management team has over 25 years of combined call center experience. The company employs over 500 people and is proudly expanding at an exponential growth rate of 15% quarter over quarter.

The company currently serves about 15 clients. We’ve also supported a number of clients on a project basis. Clientele range up to Fortune 500-size companies. Our operation is structured to serve organizations typically requiring 10-50 agents per shift.
