His expertise in finance and accounting ensures that Vcare always has a clear picture of its future financial position. |

| | Savita Jaisinghani is the head of Human Resources. Savita leads the H.R team and is responsible for designing and implementing strategies and polices to nurture the harmony of our people, systems and culture. Savita also oversees the performance management program for all Vcare employees. |
| | Savita has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry,she has worked with several companies. She worked as center head at Aptech before joining Vcare.
Under Savita's leadership the center experienced their highest growth and performed exceedingly well at Admissions and placement. She has an M.B.A in Human Resources. |

| | Raj Kanojia, Manager of Operations, has led Vcare from ground zero. He is responsible for creating and framing the entire business model for clients. Under his leadership Vcare has achieved over a 95 percent success rate in client retention. |
| | Mr. Kanojia joined Vcare with prior work experience of online product development, online business development, and general management. Considered one of the early leaders in the India BPO industry, he holds a Masters Degree in E-commerce. He has also been trainee of SAP-ERP system that helps him to customize developed product and CRM. |
